• An On site general parking charge of $6.00 is usually included in the price of the ticket. However, on select shows, parking will be charged at the parking lot entrance upon arrival. Please check LiveNation.com for information on the show you are attending We also offer Super Premier Parking for $40 (autos) or $80 (RVs, Limos and Buses). Super Premier Parking is in a paved lot close to the venue entrance and guarantees your parking space thru the end of the show. ALSO - PLEASE ADD THIS TO PARKING INFO.
• The Shoreline Amphitheatre boasts a great variety of quality food choices to satisfy every guest's taste. Guests must be 21 and over with valid photo identification to purchase alcohol. Along with a wide variety of beers, wine and liquor are also served in specific locations.
• Children three and under do not require a ticket.
• Point and shoot digital cameras are allowed when approved by the artist.

• Items not allowed in this venue include: alcoholic beverages, professional cameras, video and audio recording devices, laser pointers, sharp or dangerous items (weapons, knives, spiked items, chains, fireworks, and mace).
• Disabled parking is available directly outside of the main gates. Please follow signs to designated areas.
• For your convenience, ATMs are located throughout the venue.
• Tailgating and alcohol in the parking lots are not allowed.
• On-site medical assistance is provided by the volunteer doctors of Rock Medicine.
• The Shoreline Amphitheatre offers ample parking and seating for guests with disabilities near the main gates.
• From the North:
  Take Highway 101 South and exit on Rengstorff Ave (Amphitheatre Pkwy). Upon exiting, make a right at the light. Rengstorff will turn into Amphitheatre Pkwy. Premier parking will be on your left. For regular parking, take a left from Amphitheatre Pkwy onto Shoreline Blvd.
  
  From the South:
  Take Highway 101 North and exit onto Shoreline Blvd. At the signal, turn right towards the Amphitheatre.
  
  From the East:
  Take Highway 101 South and exit on Rengstorff Ave (Amphitheatre Pkwy). Upon exiting, make a right at the light. Rengstorff will turn into Amphitheatre Pkwy. Premier Parking will be on your left. For regular parking, take a left from Amphitheatre Pkwy onto Shoreline Blvd.
• Items allowed in this venue include: disposable or digital cameras, low profile lawn chairs (height not to exceed 6”), small bags or backpacks, small umbrellas (tote size), ponchos or rain coats, seat cushions, snack or picnic food in one clear, plastic gallon size bag (one per person), and, factory sealed bottled water (one per person). Note: These guidelines are subject to change.

• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
• Will Call tickets are released two hours prior to show time.
• Camping is prohibited in the parking lots and surrounding streets.
• Box Office operating hours during the summer season are Monday thru Friday, 12pm - 5pm and Sundays 10a.m. - 2p.m. On show days, the Box Office hours are: Monday thru Friday, 12pm - show time; Saturdays, 2pm - show time; and Sundays, 10am - show time.
• Merchandise is available in both plazas at clearly marked stands.
• To purchase alcoholic beverages, a patron must present valid identification and be at least 21 years of age. Alcohol may not be brought into the venue at any time. There is no tailgating or consuming of alcohol in the parking areas at any time.
• A $5.00 per ticket surcharge is added when tickets are purchased through the Shoreline Box Office. This fee is waived on Sundays between 10a.m. - 2p.m. Tickets are available through the Shoreline Box Office in person only.
• Security is provided by our experienced in-house staff with assistance provided by local law enforcement when necessary.
• Smoking is not allowed in this venue. Smoking is permitted in the plaza areas-except for restroom buildings and tents.
• There are no refunds and or exchanges for any unused tickets. Refunds are available only in the event of cancellation. All shows are rain or shine.
• Restrooms are located throughout the venue. If you need assistance with any of the locations please ask a Guest Services Representative.
