• Proper attire is required upon entering the facility. All guests must wear pants or shorts, shirts and shoes.
• The venue offers full service comfort stations to all of our guests. All comfort stations are wheelchair accessible and are located on all levels of the venue. If you need assistance finding any of our amenities please feel free to ask any of our courteous staff.
• Will call tickets may be picked up at the Box office no earlier than 90 minutes prior to the show. Should a guest order tickets thru Live Nation with less than ten (10) day to a specific performance those tickets must be picked up at the Box Office as they will not be mailed. All guests picking up tickets at the Will Call windows must show two forms of ID (Photo ID and CC that the tickets were charged against). No orders will be release without proper identification.

• Smoking is not permitted within the venue. Nassau County regulations prohibit smoking in an open air public assembly facility. Please respect your fellow guests, staff and other attending patrons while inside the facility.
• Parking fees are included in price of the ticket. Fee access is waived to the parking fields near the venue after 5:00 p.m. on show day with a valid ticket. Prior to 5:00 p.m. show day, your vehicle may be subject to local Jones Beach State Park parking lot fees. • Ample accessible parking is available in all parking fields at the Nikon at Jones Beach theater. Parking is based upon availability. Our staff will make every effort to accommodate special needs requests.
• Our reputable Event Staff is on hand to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests at Nikon at Jones Beach Theater. If you need general, medical or security assistance, please see any of our staff stationed throughout all areas of the venue.
• The venue has first aid and medical facilities on all levels of the venue. The main facilities are located on the ground level directly behind the merchandise stands. Please do not hesitate to ask any of our staff for assistance in locating these facilities.
• Due to New York State regulations, we are not permitted to offer the sale of alcoholic beverages to the public while attending an event.

• Guests may access the ATM units on the main level of the venue located in Lobby D. ATMs can also be located near the passenger elevators.
• The venue has a full service concessions menu featuring light snack foods and healthy choices. We also offer hamburgers, french fries, chicken, pizza, nachos and cheese, pretzels, candy and ice-cream, hotdogs and refreshments.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• Accessible seating is available at all levels of the theater. Seating is based upon availability. Should you require additional assistance please visit our Guest Service booth located on the main plaza or ask any of our staff members for a guest services representative.
• There are no refunds for any used tickets. All shows are rain or shine. Live Nation is not responsible for any tickets purchased from unauthorized ticketing agencies.
• Generally, re-entry to the venue after entering is not permitted. For special circumstances, please visit Guest Services located in the main plaza of the venue or Guest Services representative. We will make every effort to try to accommodate your request.
• The Nikon At Jones Beach Amphitheatre opened in the 1930’s as a temporary wood structure, which held approximate 8,200 seats. The venue is located within the confines of The Jones Beach State Park and offers many public attractions (i.e. Golf, tennis Boardwalk, shops, picnic areas, etc.). The main draw is the public beaches which span a few miles on the south shore on Long Island. In 1946 it was renovated to for more permanent usage. Delsener/Slater and then SFX made major modifications to the existing Amphitheater in 1991/1992 and 1998. The first alteration to the venue was adding a permanent 3,000 seat Orchestra section which spanned the moat / ocean which separated the stage from the stadium sections. The second alteration was a 4,000 seat Mezzanine level which brought the capacity to 14,000.

  Take the Throgsneck or Midtown Tunnel to the Long Island Expressway East (495). Follow 495 East to exit 38S (Meadowbrook Parkway). Follow the Meadowbrook Parkway South approximately 10 miles and follow the signs to the Jones Beach State Park and Nikon at Jones Beach Theater.

  Take the Southern State Parkway to the Meadowbrook Parkway or Wantagh Parkway South. Take the Meadowbrook/Wantagh Parkway South; follow the signs to the Jones Beach State Park and the Nikon at Jones Beach Theater.

  Take George Washington Bridge to the Throgsneck Bridge.
