Venue Details

  • You must be 21 years of age with legal ID to purchase and/or consume alcohol. We ID ages 40 and under. Alcohol sales are concluded 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the show but may be concluded at any time. Blossom Music Center has the right to decline sale of such beverage to a guest at any time. Alcohol laws are strictly enforced.
  • The Box Office accepts cash, checks, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express, and Discover.
  • Parking passes for paved parking lots C, D and E are available for purchase online up to 10 days prior to each concert date and range from $10.00 to $20.00 depending on performance. General parking is located in the grass lots and available paved lots free of charge.
  • The first aid office is located inside the main gates next to the guest services and security offices. If you are in need of first aid while attending an event, please visit the first aid office or ask the nearest event staff member for assistance.
  • There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue. Re-entry is only permitted for special circumstances and must be approved by a gate supervisor or management.

  • Blossom Music Center will be recruiting for summer seasonal positions in the following departments which include: maintenance, ushering, admissions & transportation, parking, crowd management and guest services. All applicants are required to attend the Blossom Job Fair which will be held in April. Check back for more information in March.
  • Multiple restrooms are located throughout the grounds. A family restroom is located in the house left plaza behind the concession building. There are also restrooms located in the V.I.P. area.
  • Aramark offers a variety of concessions items through out the venue. Concessions are served from gates until the end of the show. Picnic areas are available for guests to sit and enjoy their purchases. Some of the items available are hamburgers, pizza, pretzels, popcorn, french fries, candy, soft drink products, bottled water, frozen drinks, cocktails, wine, draft and bottled beers. Some of our specialty items include Papa Johns Pizza and Italian sausages.
  • Accessible seating locations are available in all seating price levels. If assistance is needed, uniformed staff can assist. The venue is wheelchair accessible.
  • The Blossom Restaurant is located at the top of the lawn area and offers a unique setting and professional staff who create a full-service dining experience. The restaurant is open for The Cleveland Orchestra concerts and various special attractions only. A full-service bar is available. For information and reservations please call (330) 916-6063. The Grove Party Center Aramark Sports and Entertainment can cater up to 500 guests at The Grove Party Center located in the natural wooded beauty of Blossom (non-event day catering also available).   • Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
  • The sale of merchandise at Blossom Music Center is managed by EMI. EMI operates two sites located at the main gate and house right plaza. For larger events, EMI will add up to extra sites in order to enhance the fan experience.
  • There are three ATM's located at Blossom. One ATM is located inside the main entrance next to the merchandise/special events plaza, One ATM is located on the house right side of the pavilion in the upper plaza behind the women's restroom. One ATM is located at the back center of the lawn seating area at the Blossom Grille/Lounge.
  • Items allowed in this venue include: food in one gallon clear plastic bags, one 20 oz. factory sealed bottle of water, umbrellas (umbrellas not permitted in reserved seating area), blankets, strollers, infant care bags, binoculars, purses, small backpacks and open bags, inspected medical supplies, service animals, and low profile lawn chairs with seat bottom nine inches from ground. Note: These guidelines are subject to change on a show by show basis due to artist restrictions.   • Camping is not permitted on the grounds. All persons and vehicles are required to exit the premises following the event. The closest campground to Blossom is the Streetsboro KOA which is approximately 10 miles from the venue. Streetsboro KOA contact number is 800-562-0804.
  • Point and shoot digital cameras are allowed when approved by the artist. No professional cameras are permitted in the venue. Check specific show site for specific event policies or call Guest Services at 330.916.6068.
  • Accessible parking spaces are available in all price levels of parking. Parking lots consist of both grass and pavement. Paved lot parking passes can be purchased up to ten days prior to show day. This guarantees you a paved lot parking space and a shorter walk. Check specific show site for further details on parking lot opening times.

  • The Box Office at Blossom is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, beginning the first weekend following Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. On show days, the box office opens approximately two hours before show time.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the pavilion at any time.
  • The venue is special needs accessible. A family restroom is located on the side of the pavilion behind the concession building. The parking lot is special needs accessible and spaces are based upon availability. Spaces are available in all price levels of parking and a valid disability parking permit is required and must be displayed. A wheelchair van and golf carts are available for further assistance.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges for any unused tickets. Dates, time, and support artist subject to change. Refunds are only available in the event of cancellation. All refunds must be made at the point of purchase.
  • All guests attending Blossom are expected to wear suitable clothing and footwear. All guests must wear shirts, shoes and pants. Guests may not wear any items (such as long chains and spiked jewelry) that may cause harm to themselves, other patrons, or staff members. Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing wallet chains, spikes or inappropriate attire.
  • Will Call windows are located at the Blossom Box Office at the main gates. You must present valid photo identification and the credit card used for the ticket purchase. Will Call is open on show days only approximately one hour prior to show time.
  • From downtown Cleveland:
    Take I-77 south to Exit 143 (Wheatley Rd). Turn left on Wheatley road and follow until it dead-ends into Riverview road. Turn right on Riverview road, then left on Bolanz, then right on Akron-Peninsula road and then turn left onto West Steels Corners road and Blossom is on the left.

    From Cleveland and Northwest:
    Take I-71 south to Route 303 East (Brunswick Exit). Turn left on Rt. 303 and follow for 10 miles into the town of Peninsula. Turn right on Akron Peninsula Rd., and then left onto Steels Corners Rd. Blossom is on the left.

    From Cleveland Hopkins Airport:
    Take I-71 south to the Ohio Turnpike (I-80 East). Take Route 8 South (Exit 12) to West Steels Corners Rd. Turn Right on Steels Corners. Blossom is 3 1/2 miles on the right.

    From Canton;
    Take I-77 North to Rt. 8 North. Exit at Steels Corners road and turn left. Blossom is 3.5 miles down the road on your right.

    From Columbus:
    Take I-71 north to I-271 North. Take exit Rt. 303 east to Akron Peninsula road and turn right. Follow to West Steels Corners road and turn left. Blossom is on you left.

    From Wadsworth / Norton:
    Take I-76 east to Old Rt. 21 North to Rt. 18 East. Turn right on Rt. 18, left on Smith Rd., and follow until it dead-ends onto Riverview. Turn left on Riverview, right on W. Bath, left on Akron-Peninsula Rd., right on Steels Corners. Blossom is on left.

    From West Suburbs:
    Take Broadview or Brecksville Rd. to Rt. 303 East. Follow 303 into the town of Peninsula and turn right at Akron-Peninsula Rd. Take Akron-Peninsula to W. Steels Corners Rd. and turn left.

    From Brimfield /Rootstown;
    Take I-76 west to Rt. 8 North. Take Graham Rd. exit and turn left. Take Graham Rd. until it dead-ends into State Rd. Turn right on State, follow to Steels Corners and turn left. Blossom is 2 1/2 miles on the right.

    From Kent :
    Take Route 59 (Main St.) west to Fishcreek Rd. and turn right. Turn left onto Graham Rd. until it dead-ends into State Rd. Turn Right on State and follow to Steels Corners. At Steels Corners Rd., turn left and follow signs.

    From Youngstown, Warren;
    Take the Ohio Turnpike (I-80) to Exit 12 (Rt. 8 South). Take Route 8 to Steels Corners Rd., turn right. Blossom is 3 1/2 miles on the right.
  • Tailgating and alcohol in the parking lots are not permitted by state law.
  • Ground was broken on July 2, 1967, and Blossom Music CenterÂ’s inaugural concert with The Cleveland Orchestra took place on July 19, 1968. Blossom Music Center represents one of the finest performing arts facilities in the country, offering Northeastern Ohio a wide variety of musical entertainment. Blossom is owned by the Musical Arts Association, the non-profit parent organization of The Cleveland Orchestra and Severance Hall and is managed by Live Nation. Of the 800 acres of property purchased, approximately 150 have been developed and are adjacent to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
  • The Blossom Music Center Crowd Management staff along with the Summit County Sheriff Deputies is on hand to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. The security office is located at the top of the hill next to Guest Services.

  • Items not allowed in this venue include: coolers, tall beach chairs, containers of any kind, horns, knives, guns, mace, aerosol cans, signs, banners, beach balls, non-service animals, illegal substances, alcohol, cans, bottles (sealed bottle water excluded), laser pointers, weapons of any kind, fireworks, skates, skateboards, bicycles, scooters, wallet chains, spiked jewelry, coolers, balls, frisbees, food and beverage not in one gallon clear bag, voice and video recording devices or any item deemed inapproprate by venue management. Items must be returned to vehicle. Access will be denied.
  • Children ages two and under are permitted inside the venue free of charge. In the reserved seating/pavilion area, these children must sit on an adult’s lap for the performance. All other children must have a ticket. These rules may change depending on the type of performance. Parents chaperoning their children to Blossom may wait for their children in the Parents Pavilion located right outside the main gates. If children become separated from their parents while attending a performance, Blossom staff will stay with the party and escort them to guest services.
